Let's build a road so that our daughters. Sisters, friends and mothers don't feel the pain and happily enjoy the journey of their inner purity . Let them educate openly so that they can love their feminism.
Mr Gopal krishna Bhatnagar, chairman- SUDHA Society, said the inner transformation of women's health together with outer transformation is of outmost importance as she is the foundation of our future.
According to him, often adolescent girls and women have taboo of talking menstruation health in open but it is of utmost importance to know of basic hygienic needs as many a times a small infection can be converted into a major disease. Thus to address the issue, SUDHA Society is driving the campaign to aware them of basic health and hygiene during menstruation.
Ms. Ruchi Saxena, president - SUDHA Society, expressed that a very common problem of women is a situation of stress a few days before menstruation till the the day the actual flow starts. The symptoms of irritability, fatigue, frequent urination, pelvic pain , headache, constipation, tenderness in breast, swelling in feet sometimes makes this process more painful. Therefore the attention towards menstrual heath is of utmost importance.
Mrs. Anu Sahdev, Nutrition Advisor enlightened the gathering about healthy food as to what is beneficial for our health and what is harmful for our health . Also gave some economical handy diet tips and recipes .
Team Sudha - Mrs Pooja Bhardwaj , Mrs. Deepti, Dr. Geetanjali , Ms Anjali , Ms. Dakshata and Mr. Anil Dutta supported and contributed to the program.
Awareness program and sanitary pads distribution was conducted in different regions of Gurugram- Special thanks to Mr. Subhash Adalakha, Principal, DAV Sr Sec. School Khandsa Road, to Elegant Children's Academy naya gaon Bhondsi, Slums of Khalpada, South City, Pataudi Road, Bengali Basti, Vatika Chowk , Gurukul NGO palam vihar extension to name a few,
At the same time, the Swachh Bharat Mission SUDHA Society is making continuous effort to create awareness of cleanliness at grassroot level.educated ladies about its usage and its disposal.. Clean environment also constitutes a safe and healthy environment.
