Sh. G K bhatnagar President Sudha society and Mrs. Kiran Sharma Volunteer Sudha society attended the program in the school and addressed the Students and Teachers of the School . Sh. G K bhatnagar addressed the students and explained the importance of celebrating Youth day and also throne the light on Swamy Vivekananda life . He informed his best Quotation” Take Risks in Your life ‘’If you Win , You can Lead , If You Loose , You can Guide .” He also raised the Quiz questions on Swamy Vivekananda life on students and given prizes to students who given right answers. Sh. Bhatnagar also informed the youth/ Students about vocational courses available in the District in Institute like RUDSET and other Institutes for the youth. He informed that RUDSET institute is providing free vocational training to youth besides lodging and broading. He also give tips for good health to be maintained by youth by practicing the yoga , pranayam , Meditation, Bhastrika ,and Two time Brush of teeth,Daily taking bath and keeping Cleanliness around our house etc.
Ms. Kiran Sharma demonstrated the Bhastrika Praanayam and meditation and students followed that and felt very good . Mrs. Kiran Sharma also sung the Patriotic song which was liked by all. Mrs. Kanwal Nain Head mistress ( Principal ) of the school also spoke and addressed the students and distributed the Prizes to students who won quiz and Proposed the vote of thanks to SUDHA society President and volunteer Mrs. Kiran Sharma. All teachers of school Mrs. Palavi Kaushik, Neelam Arya, Ms. Rajbala attended the program.
