This website is a registered NGO by the name of Sudha Society and we collecting Donations for Social Cause  / Social Events and Social Welfare only. You may not use Donations Recipets for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

THE SUDHA SOCIETY CAN SEND THE PROMOTIONAL SMS/E-MAIL/ MAKE CALLS TO THE CUSTOMERS ALREADY REGISTERED WITH THEM. The SUDHA SOCIETY reserves the right to cancel any donations for any reason without giving any prior notice to the customer. If any amount is paid by the visitor, the amount will be refunded fully, The SUDHA SOCIETY reserves the right to BLOCK/BLACKLIST any visitor for any reason without notice/intimation - will not accept/process donations of these customers. Reasons can be many including a visitor returning the donations frequently, visitor trying to use his influence owing to his position/profession, visitor returning the donation after use of recipet and customerraising a unethical Transaction Dispute without sharing the concern with Sudha Society etc. leading to or capable of leading to a monetary/reputation loss to Sudha Society.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any donation recipet from Sudha Society without express written permission by us.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

• Events Details and Social Cause Details are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service / Cause (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
• We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.
