Raipur, 24 May 2026: The 4-day Art of Living Happiness Program, organized by Sudha Society Foundation, concluded successfully today 24/5/26 at the Community Hall, Empria Sapphire Green. Held from 21 to 24 May 2026, the closing session took place this morning at 11:30 AM in the presence of distinguished guests and residents.

Chief Guest & Dignitaries
The Chief Guest for the closing ceremony was Shri Kaushal Chaudhary, Treasurer, Empria Sapphire Green, Raipur, who distributed certificates to the participants.
Distinguished guests included Shri Mukesh Agrawal Aol Volunteer n Resident, Empria Sapphire Green, and Smt. Bhavana Upadhyay, Faculty, Art of Living, United Kingdom.
Trainers & Teachings
The program was conducted by certified Art of Living teachers Smt. Kajal Ramchandani and Shri Shubhanshu Khare.
Participants were taught Pranayama, Bhastrika, Sudarshan Kriya, and Yoga. They also received practical life guidance such as “Live in the present moment” and “Do not let others’ opinions unduly influence you,” along with the wisdom of accepting people and situations as they are.
Participant Experiences
Eight residents of Empire Sapphire Green completed the 15-hour program. Participants especially appreciated the effectiveness of Sudarshan Kriya.

About Art of Living
The Art of Living Foundation was founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Active for nearly 45 years, it is one of the world’s largest volunteer-based NGOs, headquartered in Bengaluru. Gurudev is currently 70 years old.

Closing
