International Plastic Bag Free Day

The International Plastic Bag Free Day observed on 3rd July 2022

This day is celebrated every year on, with an aim to raise awareness about the issues of plastic pollution and its harmful impact on the natural environment. SUDHA Foundation participated in an awareness drive along with MCG, Paryavaran Sanrakshan Gatividhi, Ecogreen and Earth Tree in Sector 46 Market, Gurugram.

SUDHA Foundation President Ruchi Saxena - Addressed gathering and urged people to Say No To Plastic Bags, Throw them if they have any in Green Heart for recycling. Use Cloth bags made in SUDHA Skill Centre in a sustainable manner from Old Bedsheets, Curtains, Sarees etc. Empowering Women.
