Valedictory 4-Day Happiness Program Concludes at Emperia Sapphire Green, Raipur
Raipur, 26th April 2026: The 4-day Happiness Program of the Art of Living, conducted by Sudha Society Foundation, successfully concluded today on 26/4/26 at the Emperia Sapphire Green Community Hall.
The program was held from 23rd to 26th April 2026. The valedictory session commenced at 10:45 AM on 26/4/26 in the presence of esteemed guests and residents.
Key Highlights:
- Chief Guest & Guests of Honour Sh. Mahendra Bapna ji, President, Emperia Sapphire Green, Raipur, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and distributed certificates of completion to all participants. Mrs. Reema Acharya and Sh. Sanjay Rathi attended as Guests of Honour.
- Faculty & Teachings The course was conducted by Mrs. Kajal Ramchandani and Sh. Subhanshu Khare, certified faculty of the Art of Living. Participants were taught Pranayama, Bhastrika, Sudarshan Kriya, Yoga, along with practical wisdom for life such as “Live in the present moment” and “Don’t be a football of others’ opinions.”
- Participant Feedback Eight residents of Emperia Sapphire Green successfully completed the 15-hour program. Participants deeply appreciated the course, especially the Sudarshan Kriya. Mrs. Barkha Bisen shared, “It was a wonderful experience of Sudarshan Kriya, which I experienced for the first time in my life.” Mrs. Somaya Pandey said, “Attending this course has been a turning point in my life.”
- About Art of Living The Art of Living Foundation was founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji,45 years back , and is one of the world’s largest volunteer-based NGOs, headquartered in Bengaluru.
- Organisers Sh. G K Bhatnagar, Founder & Chairman, Sudha Society Foundation, actively coordinated the program and contributed to its success. The session concluded with gratitude towards all participants, guests, and faculty and Emperia sapphire Green society for prividing hall for making the program meaningful.
