Sudha Society Foundation Organizes Joyful Event at Sudha Open School, Amseoni, Raipur on World Theatre Day Raipur, CG – March 26, 2026: On the eve of World Theatre Day (March 27), Sudha Society Foundation organized an enthusiastic event at Sudha Open School, Amseoni. This global observance was initiated in 1961 by UNESCO's International Theatre Institute (ITI), with its first celebration on March 27, 1962, in Paris. The day focuses on the vital role of theatre in culture, society, and education, while promoting cultural empathy.Chief guest Ms. Jyoti Demudu (dedicated social worker) joined esteemed guests Ms. Archana Sharma, Ms. Lata Gupta, Ms. Sunita Goel, Ms. Manju Paliwal, Ms. Nirmala Kedia, and Ms. Jyoti Ughde. The program was conducted by founder and chairman Mr. G.K. Bhatnagar, beginning with a traditional welcome of guests using rose water.Students captivated the audience with energetic dances:(1)Parvati Yadav (Class 6)(2) Sandhya Sahu (Class 6)(3) Mahak Yadav (Class 6)(4) Durgeshwari Sahu (Class 7)(5) Isha Yadav (Class 7)(6) Parmila Yadav (Class 6)(7) Ishika Baghel (Class 5)(8)Little Ishika Chauhan from Class 1 gave a special performance on the mindful use of mobile phones, set to the tune of the film song "Dil Churaya Maine," which enchanted everyone. Ms. Bharti Marawi and Miss Khushi Yadav handled the smooth compering. All guests distributed prizes to the performers, while the children enjoyed refreshments sponsored by Ms. Jyoti Demudu.
