Sudha society Foundation Regd in Association of Sapphire Green society (Emperia , plot and Villa ) , Art of living , RSS and Kridha bharti organisation jointly organised International yoga day today on 21/6/24 in Sapphire Green society Raipur (park number 3 )where more than 50 residents ( Children, women ,senior citizens, and Men ) participated and made the 10th international yoga day successful.All residents did 50 minutes yoga under the guidance of Dr.Ishwar Lal Nishad Faculty Art of living.He started yoga with warm up excercise and taught So many poses like Surya namaskar, Suparman , Noka Aasan , Dhanu Aasan, bhujang Aasan etc and ended with Meditation.All residents enjoyed today 's session and thanks sh.Gk bhatnagar chairman Sudha society Foundation for celebration of yoga day at their door step.Sudha society honoured Sh.I.K. Nishad , sh.Koshal choudhary and Sh.Sumit upadhyay by certificate of appreciation and presented mementos for their promoting Yoga in their daily routine which is society s vision also.Sh.Mahendra bapna President Emperia Sapphire Green society, Sh.Shankarlal Gupta , sh.Sanjay Rathi , sh Ajay kumar Gupta, sh.Mukesh Aggarwal prominent people of Sapphire Green attended the event.Sh Gk bhatnagar chairman sudha society Foundation proposed the vote of thanks to all including plyneer company(The pioneer of plywood n Veneer) for providing Yoga T shirts to all participants.Sh.Tatsam pandey college student played active role for success of the program.
Sudha Society/Foundation Gurgaon unit( about twenty five individuals ,comprising of faculty ,students, and interns) celebrated the international yoga day on 21/6/2024 at the premises / play ground of The Shalom Presidency School,sector 56 Gurgaon,on the invitation of their chairperson dr.Mrs Lilly George & vice chairman Mr Dennis George,and their principal all of whom graced the occasion along with other dignitaries, guests ,teachers students and participants from all walks of life. All attendees were very happy & had a gainfull experience. The yoga teachers were expert in their domain,.Fruits as refreshments were served at the end of the yoga session. A word of praise n gratitude was duly expressed for all concerned by the sudha society/ foundation Mgmt. team of Gurgaon unit
